TrustFix is the non-human-identity security platform — the registrar for the trust era. We are an early team in Greater St. Louis (and remote), and we are looking for engineers who want to operate identity like the infrastructure it is.

01 · The mission

What it’s like to build a non-human identity security company.

For every human in a modern company there are now 40–100 non-human identities, and almost nobody can name them all. We are building the inventory, the proof, and the fix for the identities that sit behind nearly every modern breach.

Map every non-human identity.
Service accounts, OAuth apps, CI/CD tokens, signing certs, MCP servers, AI agents — across AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket. The graph nobody else maintains.
Prove decisions with signed receipts.
Every number in TrustFix is clickable back to a cryptographically signed, offline-verifiable receipt — W3C VC, OSCAL, OCSF, did:key. We build the ledger, not the dashboard.
Ship fixes, not findings.
The industry ships CVE lists. We ship signed Terraform PRs that close the issue. The hard, satisfying engineering is in the remediation, not the alert.
Build for the agent era.
For every service account there will soon be 3–10 AI agents. We are building the identity layer for a world where most of your principals are not people.

How we work
Proof over promises.
We do not ship vibes-based claims — internally or externally. If we say a control works, there is a signed receipt or a test that proves it. The no-fabrication law applies to our marketing, our docs, and our code review.
How we work
Small team, high trust.
We are an early team. That means broad ownership, short feedback loops, and the expectation that you can take an ambiguous problem from research to shipped without a project manager translating for you.
How we work
Security is a craft, not a checkbox.
We are practitioners building for practitioners. We read the postmortems, we run the adversarial reviews, and we hold our own platform to the standard we ask of customers.
How we work
Read-only, human-approved, honest.
Read-only cloud access. Human approval for every fix. No fabricated metrics. These are not constraints we tolerate — they are the axioms we hire around.
03 · Open roles

We’re an early team — roles open as we grow.

We’re honest about where we are: TrustFix is early, and we don’t keep a list of formal open requisitions just to look bigger than we are. We hire when the work demands it — in security engineering, backend and platform, applied identity and cryptography, and product. We’re based in Greater St. Louis, USA, and we work with strong remote people.
